New England Plasma installed 9MK refrigerated heat exchanger with cooling capacity of 114,000 BTU's at 90 degrees F ambient temperature. This closed loop gun cooling water system decreased water consumption by 25%, with a potential reduction of up to 40%.

New England Plasma installed DEP approved Tow Dust Collectors in conjunction with its new facility. This closed loop dry cartridge filter system, installed on the Plasma Spray units, eliminates airborne particles during the spray process.
