Environmental, Health and Safety
New England Plasma is dedicated to maintaining a healthy and drug-free work environment. The health and safety of our employees and every person that enters our facility is our highest priority. Our goal is to ensure safety and prevent all injuries as well as illness. An “Environmental, Health & Safety” manual and provided training has been designed to educate our employees on safety in the workplace.
Competition on the Merits and Fair Play
The success of our business is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our employees, customers and stakeholders. We gain credibility by adhering to our commitments, displaying honesty, integrity and reaching company goals solely through honorable conduct. While maintaining a vigorous competitive spirit in a challenging dynamic market, New England Plasma will not conduct business involving illegal competitive activities or practices that would conflict with our company values. We treat our competitors the way we want them to treat us: fairly and honestly.
Conflict of Interest
New England Plasma recognizes that values of integrity and trust can be compromised by personal interests and relationships. We encourage our employees with any conflict of interest question to seek advice from management before engaging in any activity, transaction or relationship that could potentially give rise to an issue.
International Trade Compliance
New England Plasma recognizes the laws, regulations and applicable sanctions governing the export and import of goods (e.g. technical data, software and services) and conducts business in compliance with these laws. We do not agree to or engage in any boycott-related activities that are inconsistent with U.S. anti-boycott laws.
New England Plasma fully complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations specific to our government customers. All quotes, bidding, pricing, contractual agreements and quality standards are introduced and conducted fairly with the utmost integrity.
NEP understands the sensitive nature of our stakeholders’ intellectual property. We will comply with all contractual or regulatory requirements when receiving proprietary information and are obligated to protect it.
Protection of confidential company information, as well as nonpublic information (e.g. patent rights, trade secrets, publications, pricing and financial data, customer names/addresses, current or potential supplier and vendors, videos, etc.), entrusted to us by employees, customers and other stakeholders is an integral part of our value system. No information will be disclosed without a valid business purpose and proper authorization.
Accuracy of Records and Submissions
We create, retain and dispose of our company records as part of our normal course of business in compliance with all New England Plasma established policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory and legal requirements.
All corporate records must be true, accurate and complete, and company data must be promptly and accurately entered in our systems in accordance with current procedures.
