Our goal is to ensure safety and prevent all injuries as well as illness. An “Environmental, Health & Safety” manual and provided training has been designed to educate our employees on safety in the workplace.

Competition on the Merits and Fair Play

The success of our business is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our employees, customers and stakeholders. We gain credibility by adhering to our commitments, displaying honesty, integrity and reaching company goals solely through honorable conduct. While maintaining a vigorous competitive spirit in a challenging dynamic market, New England Plasma will not conduct business involving illegal competitive activities or practices that would conflict with our company values. We treat our competitors the way we want them to treat us: fairly and honestly.

Conflict of Interest

New England Plasma recognizes that values of integrity and trust can be compromised by personal interests and relationships. We encourage our employees with any conflict of interest question to seek advice from management before engaging in any activity, transaction or relationship that could potentially give rise to an issue.

International Trade Compliance

New England Plasma recognizes the laws, regulations and applicable sanctions governing the export and import of goods (e.g. technical data, software and services) and conducts business in compliance with these laws.
